Exclamation Oil leaking through valve cover bolts when engine running...anyway to fix this?

Had the car idling and noticed oil pushed through from under the washers of a few bolts on both sides. I re-tightened all the bolts and the same thing, do I need new bolts and washers because I cant get the stock washers off. Or am I stuck with buy new valve covers?

Thanks

I usually put a dab of sealer on the bolt head, before installing them.
