95z big problems...

posting for a friend. hes got a 95 z28 and its running like dogshit. he took it too a shop where they told him it was the injectors, didnt work. he also sprayed the maf and even switched 'em out and that didnt work either. the car wont rev past 2500rpms, even when floored, and wont go more than ~15mph. i own an ls1, so im not so familiar with lt1 issues but the only other thing i could think of is the opti? hes babying it down the the chevy dealership as we speak (very slowly), but i thought id get help from here as well. he is throwing a few codes, but had those on from before this issue (i dont know which ones are on, he just bought the car with 190k miles-rebuilt eng- so there were a few one when he bought it).

any help/input is appreciated.

still going to want to go ahead and get all the codes and post em up. I assume fuel pressure was checked if the injectors were changed? definitely dont let shops just throw his money at it. I have actually never had an opti problem though several times i had thought i did.

Definitely get those codes. Any noises while its running? how does it idle?does it rev fine in idle and just stall under load?

check fuel pressure, check for spark, the best thing would be to use an oscilloscope, but i highly doubt you have access to one. basicly, you're gonna need to go through every sensor and hunt down whats going on.
