Disabling EVAP and EGR in TUNERCAT

Disabling EVAP and EGR in TUNERCAT I ve done my fuel line relocation and i ve capped my evap line under the car.So i took everything of the evap in the engin bay.After starting the car i get a check engin(evap). So i want to know how to disable this with TUNERCAT .
Im also beginning my intake gasket job and while i ll be there i will take off my egr system.What do i need to do with Tunercat to disable the system and the code.

Yeah im a dumbass but do you got witch option do i need to change the condition.For the condition do i only got to set it all to zero.
Also where do i uncheked the code...
Yeah i know i can do everything on my car but im a zero with tuning(tunercat)
