How high brake stall??
Due to my "lovely" brakes, I can only "brake stall" it to about 19-2000...I think my setup doesn't have enough vacuum for my brakes....probably gonna have to get a vacuum pump or somethin'.
From what i have heard you will never be able to brake stall a convertor completely. I have a 3600 stall convertor and can only brake stall till about 2500 rpm. The only way i know to truley stall out a convertor is with a transbrake. Then you will get full stall. Someone correct me if i'm wrong.

Being able to stall to the set RPm is entirely dependant upon the ammount of vaccuume you pull to work the brakes, the size and type of tires under the car, and the condition/quality of your brakes.
