Default fuel pressure ?

I put my walbro pump in and now it hardly has any breakup on top end but stalls on idle like it is running rich, checked my fuel pressure with hose attached it is right at 40 with the hose off it is right at 48, is this enough to throw off the injectors?

Your static fuel pressure is fine. Does it hold with the key on, engine off?

Sounds like your fuel pressure is just fine. Could be plugs, wires, vacuum leak, IAC, TPS, tune, etc.
