Vented Opti...come on in!

Vented Opti...come on in! A buddy of mine that was helong me out accidentally stepped on one of the valves that is in the vacuum line for the optispark. Needless to say it blew up and I went to the dealership to track down a new one and they all just kind of looked at me funny. The line has two of what look to be check valves, one larger one and one smaller one so I took in the portion of line with the smaller valve in it to show them. They just kind of looked at me funny. They can't find vacuum lines in any of their schematics and have convinced themselves that the lines were something that someone did ie previous owner as a fix. They are retarded and I need this part, can someone help me out with a part number or a fix please!!
I'm assuming you're talking about the flow reducer and backflow prevention valves (the small blue circular things). Looks like part number 12555323. Includes both lines and both valves. Not so sure the valves are available separately.
