Forged internals@ 10.2-5:1 comp.

ported AI heads(not sure on dimensions)

Decent ground cam(22x/23x:.600?)

Full exhaust

Port and Polished intake

Fuel system upgrades

3600 Yank or DD stall

How does that look so far? please add or change at will.
Sounds good so far. You ford guys love that low compression on built motors (or at least that's what the guys around here do). Aim upward of 11:1 to meet your goals. Have Lloyd Elliot or Advanced Induction port-match your intake manifold to the heads.

Lol. yeah that's the creed of 4v ford guys, low compression and big boost. lol. that is exactly why I'm asking for all of you guys input and I really appreciate it.

They won't fit on an LT1, but I hear that you can run them on a 351 Windsor fairly easily. Like someone else said....IDK why you'd want to do that instead of just building an LS1 to begin with, but I hear that it's done.

10.4:1 is stock just so you know. AI or Lloyd can get you mid / bottom 11s on a 355 depending on the setup (suspension, tire, trans, gear).

I would do a 11.7ish compression, healthy cam, and AI 200cc heads / intake. Full bolt ons.

Thanks in advance.
actually i saw something on tv a while ago about that... there is a company, forgot their name, but they make a kit to bolt ls heads on a gen 1 block. not sure about a gen 2. the kit works like wheel spacers. bolt the plates to the block then the heads to the plates. have to get a custom intake though. not sure exactly how it works but i know its out there. but like everyone else said the mod would be pretty much pointless
