Default Springs question

Ok guys, its been a while since i've been in and chatted with you folks. Last time I was in here i wanted to do a lq4 swap into my camaro, however i decided to hold off on that for a few years. What I'm doing now is swapping a set of lt1 heads onto a 383 and I have a few questions.

I know I need either the 906 or 062 heads in order to get them to fit but my question is , how much of the valvetrain can i swap over from my gen 1 heads? Mainly I'm concerned about the springs and rockers, mine are already the stiffer springs to run a bigger cam and 1.6 rockers and I need to know if they will work. Of course I've tried using the search bar but as usual it finds everything except what I need. Google's not much help either. Also think I need to port and polish these heads? I"m wanting 400 hp and Im going to use a 276 cam, think these heads will flow enough with out a port job?

Thanks guys

this is an lt1 383 right? not a sbc? i know u can atleast use the rockers and springs. as far as push rods, thar depends on what length you end up needing.

the cam you want to use seems like it has way too much duration. most of the guys i know of making around 450 rwhp have cams with less than 240. 400 is very doable with a 383. its actually fairly easy on a 350.
