Default TPS problems-po122 code

So I just finished putting new head gaskets in my car went to fire it up and it runs good but won't idle. I scanned it and came up with PO122 code. I looked into it and found that its either a TPS sensor or the gray wire to it doesnt have 5v's. I checked the wire and its good, so i put a new sensor in it and i have the same problem. Any suggestions?

btw before the tps sensor it had 100% load and 2.9 in/hg intake pressure, after it has 29.xx in/hg and 0.0% load in neutral at around 1500-2k rpm

With the new tps sensor the blue sensor wire is only reading .16 volts at idle and .17-.18 at WOT. Did autozone give me yet ANOTHER bad sensor?

btw i slotted the sensor and adjusting it does nothing...

Also i just read that it is tied into the A/C pressure circuit, i have a code for A/C pressure sensor. Does this mean i have a short in one of those three wires?

Your sensor voltage is way off. You should have around .2v to .9v at closed throttle and increase smoothly by approximately 4v at WOT. Are you sure the sensor is properly seated on the throttle body shaft?

I think i had a short in the blue wire because i started shaking the harness around and the voltage came up to .61x and increase fine and the car started idled and ran perfect. Time to start searching for it.
