Default Pace Setter LT Header problems

So i'm helping my buddy install some pace setter LT's on his 96' TA, The Drivers side went in np. But the passenger side it seems that either the 3rd and 4th primary tubes are either shaped wrong no allowing the bolts to thread past. Or Pace Setter sent us the wrong bolts because that last two are not going in at all. Has anyone else had problems like this with pace setter LT's?

BTW these are the emission friendly headers

Try loosening off the other header bolts, and put the hard ones in first. With the header flange away from the head tighten down the bolts while holding the headerback until there snug. Then put in the easy ones.

Hope this makes sense

The driver side went in okay for me the passenger side was retarded to get in. But they will fit. I originally planned on using arp studs but I couldn't get them threaded.

I used the bolts that came it the ps headers. Everyone said not to use them but they worked good for 3 years and I reused them multiple times.
