what are you talking about when you say you drilled a hole where the iac is. I am haveing the same problem with a buddys car and he has already drilled holes in blades and the iac count is still 160 maxed out and it wont idle.

i didnt drill through the blades at all.... there is a little hole on the bottom of the throttle body if your looking at it frontwards and looking at the blades... on the stock TB there is a hole drilled straight through in there to allow some airflow... on the aftermarket peices there is no hole... so i drilled that hole in there... just start small and work your way up untill your counts come down... get what im saying?

just start small, you will probably work you way up to or very close to 1/8" but i would start at least 5 steps below that. it helps if you have a scanner and can check after each drill pass. make sure you clean those shavings! check the iac count in closed loop too.
for those who cracked the blades, i would ensure you are seeing correct voltage on the tps signal wire with the blades fully open. would suck if you aren't getting full throttle!
