Default kinda of a noob quiestion
i recently did the throttle body bypass and i noticed the car was idleing a bit high and when i shift it into gear it slams into gear. any idea what it could be

Did you plug up the holes in the throttle body after you removed the hoses?

Or maybe you forgot to put something back that you took off to get to the passenger side hose? I know I had to take a few extra things apart to get that one hose off.

yea i pluged the holes and i got everything hooked back up.

Sounds like a small vacuum leak. Did you take off or adjust the TB in any way? Or any related hoses?

Another vote for vacuum leak. You probably don't have the intake elbow completely seated or the fresh air supply hose is off/loose.
