then get on some good b vitamins and a little product called quake by scivation. that will bump up your energy levels also. trust me i know the pains of getting old. you guys with back issues, that aren't fused together yet, ever go to a chiropractor? they do actually help or hang upside down for a few minutes every day.
I used to go to a chiropractor once a week to straighten my spine out. Plus it feels so good after and I get sleepy as hell.
Ive never done that being as I lift raw 100% of the time. But many times ive seen guys deadlift and look like there gonna snap in two

Some of you are really young or have really young parents, my pops is 69 yrs old.
I feel fortunate since i have been throught hell (USMC for years , powerlifted since i was 15, played rugby, Football, and multiple bone breaks).
But i really do feel fine, I eat good , take vitamins, workout regularly, and run 3 miles at leas 2 times a week.
But...
I went to work on my car last week and fell asleep on the floor under my car..........

Soon after you return to the garage you will be slower moving however the thought process is more rational, clear. For me it has made me think things out better cause i now see myself leading by example.

It made it far easier to learn "the basics" because you could actually see the parts you wanted to work on, and easily "r&r" them without having to be a contortionist....
