SN93 on a b-body

My buddy has a sn93 installed on his 95 impala. The oil dipstick keeps blowing out and the car is overheating.

What can he do to keep the dipstick from blowing out and could it be overheating from the PCM not being tuned?
He said that the car wasn't overheating before.

I said the same thing. The only thing that can think to do is put a breather on the valve cover. But would he need a breather on both?
