Go to a test and tune night and do a little "testing and tuning".
First, shift where you did before and write down your trap speed.
Then shift at 6200 and write it down
then 6400
then 6600
then 6800
then 7000
and so on. If you have datamaster record the runs with it and see where you are actually shifting.
What is your rev limiter set at?

Iam in the process of converting to OBD1 so when I get my tune dailed in I will go back but first Iam replacing the opti thats never been replaced I have a exhaust leak where my headers meet my ORY thats got to be fixed.
I carefully answered a thread and a person took 30 seconds to say it is wrong. I didn't handle it well true but it is easy to say something is wrong and twist your own words...
Let me put it in a way that even you will get..
Becuse a 3700 lb car will go the same et with 358 hp!
What person will believe that? No one that has any clue the larger and or looser the convertor the less reliable dyno numbers are!
There are MANY cars in the 10's dynoing 400 HP that is the DYNO's problem not the calculators!
If you don't see that you are beyond help!

The only calculators that ate close ate the weight vs trap speed ones. Everyone knows the ET ones are a home because too many factors go into running a good et, with HP being only one.
A buddies car makes 960 HP and ran a mid 11 the only time it went to the track.
