Default 1 7/8 header ?

What kind of gains would i see goin from a 1 3/4 pacesetter headers. To 1 7/8 lpp or kooks headers. Its heads and cam 355. Also the pacesetter's are painted. Thanks guys

A few more ponies especially on the top end. BUt I think Larry @ speed Ince still runs a 1-3/4 header and he should run 9s with a 396?

Hey Rob, im 99.99% sure Larry has 1-7/8 LPP's. Either way id say a deff. yes on them, especially in the upper rpms. My pacesetters were crap, sold um and bought LPP's and they were by far 10x better!! Id do it in a heartbeat if i were you!

I dont recall what Larry has, but either way in the high RPM I know for a fact that the lpps or kooks will do A LOT better!
Its always better to do things once not 2x

sory bro about the dyno graph. lol I had to leave out for work at the last minute and didnt have time to post it. As soon as i get back home i will be dynoing again on spray. I will have ported intake and 1 7/8 headers.

I have Headman Husler #65385. They are 1 7/8 with slip on 3 1/2 collectors. They have the Stahl header flange which make them very easy to install. I gained about a tenth at the racetrack with the 355. I'm now running a 427 so I need the bigger header.

For the record, LPPs are a stepped header. 1 3/4"-1 7/8".
