im joking, i know i shouldnt
looks good though man, how much of an improvement are you expecting
mike that sounds like something you would be into, at least with a skirt on you would have lots of airflow down there

yep a good ported intake is worth that..ive seen some with the spacers blended so good also you would think it was all one port plenum and not a spacer sitting on top of a plenum

Mine has the carb opening enlarged like discussed in that thread. Straighter line of sight, better air distribution, and increased plenum volume. I actually have the sheetmetal elbow in FFB's picture of his old setup, and had to port match it to my supervic's enlarged opening. Nothing a permanent marker, pencil, construction paper, and a dremel couldn't fix.
I will need to spin the hell out of my 383 to see the benefit, but that won't be a problem on the LSX pcm and overbuilt bottom end.
Still eagerly awaiting results from all of this FFB. Very curious how it picks up over the stock supervic/elbow setup...

Yep, on a big engine or one that sees high rpm you can get some decent gains porting a supervic. Not your everyday H/C build, but when you start getting nasty then there are gains to be had.

I also have to install a J&S knock alert, cut and re-do the cowl for the carb hat, get my lifters rebuilt(sending them off today).
So its gonna be a little while but I will keep you guys updated.
