i got the 383 running im putting around to break it in i got ahold of a scaner my on are staying steady at 33-35 and move when i give it gas to 2500 should they bounce at idle the scanner says im 11.8-12.2 af at idle what else do i have to do before i get a dyno tune no codes.

 

If it's running properly you shouldn't need to do anything else. Let the tuner do the rest.

And if it's a new motor, you shouldn't "put around" to break it in. You should run it like normal - don't be gentle.
