Default Trying to scan code

Took the TA to Autozone to see what the SES light was coming on. Now isnt a 95 an OBD2 plug on a OBD1 computer? Autozone couldn't figure it out. They kept trying to use the OBD2 scanner and it wouldn't work lol. They wouldn't listen to me so is there something else I should tell them?

Yes, it's an OBDII connector with an OBDI PCM. Chances are they don't have the correct adapter. You could, however, jump it for them.

Jumping those pins will allow any OBDI scanner to work.

I don't think AutoZone can scan it. At least the ones by me can't. If they have an OBDI scanner they can do it, but most don't. Just buy yourself an ALDL cable for $60-$90 and download FreeScan for free, then you can just do it yourself. Well worth the money IMO.
