Codes 36 and 42

Codes 36 and 42 Started up the new motor this weekend. Had an instant SES light on. Car isn't tuned yet for this setup, but was tuned for last setup(355/ported heads/cc305). We used the old opti, wasn't having any problems before. Little help?

36; High Resolution Pulse Circuit (Check Opti pigtail first, persistent return after clearing accompanied by driveability issues = new Opti in your future)
42; Ignition Control Ground Circuit (check ICM wiring, test resistance using shbox's procedure: http://shbox.com/1/4th_gen_tech2.html#opti_test)
If everything looks ok after troubleshooting, reset the PCM by disconnecting batt. ground for a few minutes and then drive and look for the return of codes...
Best of luck. This pair of codes ended in an Opti replacement for me a couple of weeks ago.
