Default Head Gasket ?'s

Sup guys? Was gathering a list of parts for when i rebuild my engine and had some questions about head gaskets. My problem is what bore size do you get for the gasket when the engine bore is 4.030? A friend told me they needed to be slightly larger than the block bore itself but looking on summit the only options they give are
o 4.060 in.
o 4.155 in.
o 4.125 in.
o 4.000 in.
o 4.200 in.
o 4.110 in.

which am i suppose to use?

As far as bore goes you can use a 4.060. Have you also taken crush thickness into consideration?

I was thinking of just using a felpro gasket. Crush thickness as in compressed? Then yes, i was looking at .039-.040 compressed.

Stock right now. Looking at the block I don't see anything that would justify it being decked. I haven't had it to the machine shop yet though so that could change

shoot for a deckheight and gasket combo that will get you .035-.045 quench. stock pistons are ~.025 in the hole which would be perfect for a .015 shim gasket. or zero deck it and get a common ~.040 gasket. the tighter you get that quench up until about .030 you'll continue to see power increases and detonation resistance. i wouldnt go below .035, i was at .032-.033 and the pistons and heads were barely touching, but i was spinning to 7k.
