Go with the comp high tech stainless or ultr promags... Achotrod is not the only one who has had issues... Twofast4luv had plenty of issues with them. He don't get on here much anymore, but maybe he will read this thread and chime in sometime. He went thru quite a few sets of promags before switching to some jegs roller rockers, never had a problem since. Although his never failed like ac's, he had issues with the trunions wearing out making a clicking type noise. If you call comp they wont even recomend them anymore more for street/ strip cars. I personally ran them on my lt car and never had any issues with them. I thought I had an issue with one but it ended up being a bent pushrod. Swapped the promags for high tech stainless 1.7's, with patriot extreme's, and chromeoly pushrods. Car is a whole new animal now, too bad its not mine anymore
