okay i was just wondering what ur guys thoughts would be on my motor.

200cc AI head package
ported intake manifold with monoblade
12:1 comp
383
4 bolt splayed mains
long tubes
no cat y pipe with borla xr71 muffler
42 lb injectors
255f fuel pump with hot wire kit
elec wp
cam specs 231 at .5 intake 234 at .5 exhause 108 lsa

sounds like low 11s if you can all get it matched with the rest of the drivetrain.

Everything looks good other than the cam. Needs to be a little bigger and a 106lsa will make more power if that is your goal.

It'll run rather well. As long as you let AI design the cam, let them match all your parts together. They know what they're doing

its a auto with a performabuilt level 2 3500 stall. umi k member and 9inch with 3:70. i was thinking the same thing about the cam but we will see when i dyno it. im waiting on flexplate,tune,headers,95 + opti cable, and monoblade to come then it will be back in the car

thanks for all of the nice comments making me excited been a year and a half in the making.

Didn't tell us what you're using the car for...if you're driving it on the street, the 108 LSA is as narrow as I'd go...

basically a weekend street/strip car def not a DD i got my m1009 cucv for that with 40,000 miles on it!

Baby cam for a 383, but it can still go well into the 11s if everything is set up right .

My car made 450 on a dynojet through a 6 speed with a similar setup. 11.67@121 w/ 1.85 60'. My cam was a touch bigger but, had the same LSA. I was having computer problems though. Car was running lean, would have made more.

I had a similar setup in my race car, except way larger soild roller, and went 6.55 in the 1/8. Have since went carbed sbc with AI TFS heads and run 6.4's in the heat.
