Opti drive, front main, water pump drive seals. Front cover, water pump, and intake gaskets, and black RTV or "the right stuff"

If you use "the right stuff" you can forego the water pump gaskets

You'll probably tear the oil pan gasket as well. Most repair it with silicone by loosening up the corners of the pan. Some choose to lift the engine, pull the pan and replace the whole gasket.

You'll need valve seals too, which sometimes cone with your springs.

X2 on what gregrob said with the exception that I use RTV copper religiously. Don't ask me why though, its just what I have always used.

I think you need to add the opti drive seal to that though. Double check.

That kit is way more than what he needs for a cam swap. Here's mostly everything. I may be forgetting something so make sure...

FEL-MS95580
FEL-TCS45956

Like stated, get a tube or two of either copper or black RTV. I cut my oil pan gasket on one end to free it from the cover and used black RTV to seal everything back up. If you clean everything off real good and lay good beads of RTV, it won't leak.
