Found an antifreeze leak...How to fix?
Found an antifreeze leak...How to fix? Ok so I finally found where the missing coolant is going...Apparently all over the front of the engine!! This cap is severely cracked....Hpw do I go about fixing it now? What can I cap this off with that will hold??....Don't mind the missing bolts, it's an Impala SS alternator =)
yes. I dont know if you can see it in the pic but, around the whole clamp is a crack and the cap itself of cracked in several areas. If you squeeze the cap fluid builds up on your finger.

Looks like a throttle body bypass by way of deleting the 2 halves of the hose that goes through the TB instead of joining the hoses with a male/male coupler. The other side of the TB there should be another capped fitting. Check it, too as it may be ready to leak as well. Alternately, you can join the capped ends with a single piece of hose. Either is fine...
