Will an EWP keep the temps cooler?

I doubt there are many of us who will actually push the limits of an EWP. We don't do extended, high-rpm road racing and thus we don't need the mechanical pump in that sense. At cruise the change in temperature is negligible and often the EWP helps with city driving, coolant flushing, and staging lanes (which is what most people here are looking for.)
It's not a perpetual motion machine, but the benefits that it offers outweigh the use of a mechanical pump.

My issue with this is a LOT of folks do believe it is perpetual motion, hell with just one person suggesting such in this thread it shows I have actually made some progress around here. Used to be the majority believed it.

I guess I need to look into this 160 thermostat and get some tuning. My temps are constantly 210 and never really dip below that. I always thought that seemed way too high. Where can you pick up these 160's?
nm, found one on Speed Inc., but I'm wondering if $47 is the norm. I'll shop around for cheaper prices.
