manifold/injector rail removal

my question is how do u remove the fuel line couplers from where they connect in the back of the manifold to the fuel rails? do i need the quick disconnect tool or is it something else

standard quick disconnect tool kit will work fine... i dont know off the top of my head what sizes they are though... i think 3/8's and 5/16's but im not sure
