got some issues please help

i have a cc306 4000 converter 342 gears boltons. i took the car out tonight and it ran 13.7. i had a 2.48 60 foot. lol the trans wont shift 1st to second it hits the revlimiter 5-6 times then shifted the 2-3 woundn't shift until i let up. i think this may be a tuning issue. i just got the mail order tune. i think if i can get the 60 foot down to 1.7 and the trans fix the car should go low 12 or so. and input will be appriciated. thanks

How does the trans shift under normal driving conditions? It sounds like stall wall. What year is the car and who tuned it.

yes it told the tuner what stall it was using. before the tune everytime i launched it it would go to fail safe mode. that is fixed. i have not talked to the tuner i will tomorrow.
