It wasnt a Ultra Z hood, it is a Pontiac ram air replica hood made to fit a camaro.

Its made by Suncoast Creations. I didnt really like it at first but it was there for function more than looks. Then it kinda grew on me. Set my car apart for better or worse, made the car unique. Now the car looks like all the others...to me anyway

I couldnt find a radiator holder for that big Griffin radiator, so my Dad took the stock one, split it and opened it up to fit the larger radiator, looks kinda goofy but works good.

I was a fan of your old hood. I thought it looked good on your car and like you said it made it stand out from all the others but, the new one don't look bad either.

Car doesnt seem to have MUCH more power. But it does need the tune touched up. It is at least as fast as it was and I changed a good bit of stuff. Maybe a tad quicker. Still needs more converter.

I was goona convert the car to trackday/HPDE it, but I bought a 99 LS car to trackday with.

This car is too nice to swap it over, I will leave it alone and let someone else enjoy it. All the bugs are worked out of it..... it achieved all its goals I set out for it.

You bought an ls car? It will never be fast as your ltx... as per your past claims anyways... haha just bustin your ***** a bit! I always liked your car and thought it was a killer setup! But ya know its just like they say; "a man eats cherry pie everyday, once in a while he wants to try a piece of peach cobbler" or "the grass is always greener on the otherside". Anyways back to the thread topic... I like both hoods, but Im partial to your old one! I like stuff the seperates itself from the masses! Your old hood did that, as you and a few others already mentioned!

Speaking of the hoods, I like your new one a lot better. The Ram Air hoods just don't look right on Camaros.
