Default Car problems

When you first crank it up it will idle fine. After it runs for alitle it will start going died. It will crank back up but you can smell fuel. Its also has a miss when driving and feels like the powers down. Its got new plugs, wires, opti and o2s. Anybody got any ideas.

if it were mine, i would start by putting a fuel pressure gauge at the fuel rail. if the pressure stays consistant, you could eliminate the fuel system up to the point of the injectors.

how old is the coil and icm? After my opti install, i cranked mine up and it idled for 10 minutes and died. would not restart. The coil and opti tested good according to shbox's website. the forum suggested I change the coil and icm. It fired right up after i changed them.

mine would restart too...at a couple of different times. then the third time it would not restart. i replaced the opti. after that, it idled for 10 minutes, died and would not restart. runs fine now after replacing an unknown vintage msd coil and unknown vintage icm.
