Default LT1 waterpump starting to go???

I have a 95 firebird formula and it has always ran 210 degrees, and as of lately on the Highway if I have the car in 6th gear driving 75mph the temp will climb to around 230 but if I leave the car in 5th at the same speed it will stay right at 210 degrees like it always has. I checked the anti freeze level and it is fine, the car just clicked 100,000 miles last week and Im just trying to figure out if the waterpump is starting to go on me. Thanks for the help

If the water pump was beginning to fail, you'd see signs of the weep hole beginning to leak on the underside. Your temps really aren't much to be concerned about to be honest.

RamAir95TA: Thanks for the info. The only reason I was concerned is that it all of a sudden started to run a little warmer than usual.

These cars run very hot from the factory. Part of that is due to the cooling fans coming on at such a high temperature in the stock tune. If you do a 160 degree thermostat, and a tune for the 160 thermostat, along with turning your fans on at a lower temp that should really keep you away from the red. Another option would be manual fan switches if it continues to bother you, I have them and I love them.
