Where did i go wrong?
Before i did that the car has been running really hot and actually showed signs of overheating on the heads
I was getting the random multiple cylinder fire for some reason. and egr flow malfunction. I removed the egr and capped it all off. we found problems with the water pump fan (incredibly loose and also had scratch marks against the back of the plate.Basically when i started the car i was expecting a whole new car. Right when i started it everything sounded great! i was impressed! Much better response, increase in power and more but on the way home, a strange whistling sound occured. It sounds like its coming from underneath the engine. I have to get under it tomorrow. You can hear through all rpms but begins fading after 3000 rpm. Under load the sound is even louder! ill get a video tomorrow! The flex plate is new but we decided and decided if we should get rid of that torque converter and get a new one. We both instantly thought it was torque converter.
But the sound is like a fucked up supercharger in a way. More choppy whistles instead of a nice smooth whistle.
any help would be much appreciated. sorry if things dont make since. im half asleep

all plugs and wires are new. including coil and icm. opti has a new cap and rotor. Almost everything has been replaced Trending Topics
