I'm not really sure what will or won't work without the crank reluctor wheel? You might just try to PM Todd (moderator) on Aeroforce's forum.

alright i will do that regaurdless of what functions i lose, which i think will be none unless it can detect miss fires. im going to get one.

I think you will be very happy with all the features of this gauge. It is really helpful when you need to clear DTC's on the fly.

I have one of the original gauges and I'll never own another car without it!

Nothing better than being able to clear a code at 70mph on the interstate, or when Im 2hrs away from home at the race track..
By FAR the best investment anybody can make!
