Default Cam?

So guys Ive found a gently used Crane Cam 276 for sale. Its only got 7k miles on it and it even comes with the lifters. But my main question is do these cams put out respectable power. Ive done some research and I know its a very mild cam and from what I gather the duration isn't a lot either.

However I'm looking at this cam for my LT1 build. So far I'm just doing a stock rebuild bored to 355 nothing fancy and looking at running about 100 shot of NX. But I do want to get some decent power out of this engine. So is the CC276 worth messing with?

$130 but the cam is mint. It was really taken care of when it was out of the engine.

Personally, for the extra $200 I would call up Lloyd Elliott and discuss your goals and wants with him and then have him custom grind you one.

Sounds like a good deal. It's got good numbers. Crane makes great products.

Crane cams are some of the best cams around. For the price he wants to sell them for it's not a bad deal at all.

Any ideas of what would happen if I used 1.6 roller rockers with this cam?

You would pick up upwards of 10hp. Larger rockers increase the lift and duration of the cam which in turn gives you power, highly recommend.

That cam with spray is going to make a **** load of low-end torque. With traction it should be alot of fun.
