Jet Hot fully cleans and coats inside and out, yes.

I had my Kooks headers coated. The primary benefits, at least from my understanding, have nothing to do with resistance to corrosion.

i'd say coat them as the last thing you do. There seem to be better options for that money than shipping it both ways to anyone and spending a few hundred $$$ in the process.

You can do it if you want but the only real reason to is cosmetics if you don't like the discoloration. Stainless steel's thermal conductivity coeficient is only like around a 3rd of mild steel. That's why Kooks/LPP/ARH/pretty much every other premium header manufacturer don't offer coated headers. There is no real reason for it. I sort of like the gold/blue/purple that stainless headers take on. They just need to be kept clean.

I had my hookers coated by jet hot in 99 and I must say they look great. They've been on 2 other LT1s I've had.

I'm not coating my LPP's. I don't see it being worth to cash.

On the customer service side...he always got back to me the next day or sooner.

Being in california and the fact they are stainless takes the purpose of coating for longevity away. The only 3 reasons left would be for cosmetics, a slight power gain and reduced underhood temps. Jet Hots website has a 7 rwhp gain on a 600 hp application I believe. Those gains would be even less on our cars
