Default pacesetter emissions hook ups need help

So we just finished the rebuild on my sisters Z and we put pacesetter shorty headers on it. The problem is the A.I.R. hoses dont line up and have different threads on the headers. Can anyone show me pics of how they made theres work and possibly parts needed to fix it.
Thanks any input will help
-Chris

What year car and what part # on the pacesetters? the 94-95 cars call for 72C1335; 96-97 cars call for 72C1337. 93s use 72C1338. I've seen that the factory AIR tubes are subtly different in length and may use a different thread pitch between 94-95 cars and 96-97 cars.

You could, I suppose, grab a pair of AIR fittings from a car that match the year of the headers' application.

OEM fittings were M22 for 93-95, M18 for 96+.

I stand corrected on the threads- and the tubes shape? Or am I just mis-remembering?

Edit: I see your edit. Thought I was losing it.

I ended up getting some fittings from a hydraulic hose place to mate mine together cuz they shipped me the wrong part number.

I think RamAir95TA has your answer- go to the hardware store and get one of each bolt, thread pitches M18, M22 and see what's what. If you have a salvage yard around, you can probably find a pair of AIR fittings that correspond to the headers. Flame has a point as well- you may have gotten shipped the wrong ones.

They are the right headers cause the badge has the right number but the only difference is that the header is fine thread and the piece to thread in is coarse.
Im gonna make sure everything lines up then just look for a coupler i guess

so i went to home depot trying to figure out the size of the fitting i need. it seems like i need the same size as the end that goes into the hose leading to the check valve but in fine thread. i measure the threads and its either 13/16 or 21 mm. Not sure where to look for a union fitting like that. and why does the fitting not match what you guys said it should be.

As I said above I got one that is for hydraulic hoses and it works fine. That was 6 years ago so I don't know what the thread was.
