Car has only 70,000mi on it and to my knowledge this is as far as this thing has ever been apart.
IMO, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. 70k miles is LOW LOW LOW for an LT1.

I think I'm just gonna put the intake back on, my car needs shocks and springs the most...oh and AC lol, so I'll fix those first and start saving again.

Oh, and should I clean out the valley?
I've heard of guys doing that, I left a rag over mine with rags covering all the ports but theres a couple of little threads and some unavoidable dust.

My oil pressure sender thing looks fine, that piece that I found is in the middle of the assembly and everything is still in one piece and connected back there so I guess it was just dropped and never found lol.

It'd be a good idea to clean out any debris you can out of the valley. That small stuff will work it's way down into the motor eventually. A oil change should clean anything else out ya got in there.

What the emissions piece that goes from the front of the manifold under the TB gasket spot to the driver side middle where the rubber grommet is?

I broke the rubber piece so I can't put that on yet, I haven't deleted AIR/EGR so I was wondering if this is needed or required or what.

I've got the piece on order for tomorrow so I can get it if I really need it.

Btw, the intake's I bought had a screw in the front side so whatever it was is deleted.
Also came with the block off plates but I'm not sure if I wanted to delete all that junk yet since it'll throw a code.

I would like to, because its really in the way lol.

That tube is the tube for your PCV valve. Without it, you'll have a massive vacuum leak. It's needed.

Got it, picked up the grommet but it didn't fit.

Going to try again =/

Also the TB I picked up is slightly different, I'm guessing a newer year or something but I got everything hooked up on it but when I push the pedal down it won't open.
But if I open it manually I think I can hear the pedal moving inside the car.

Any ideas?

I would check to make sure you have the correct cable mounted to the correct point on the throttle shaft. Do you have the small black bracket attached (holds the throttle cables) as well?

Yeah I have the bracket attached, and I have two cables coming out of it, I have cruise control so I assume thats one of them.
The normal throttle one is the bare piece that goes under and to the front (I believe)
and the second has a black plastic box thing at the end of it which I assume is cruise control, I just kinda threw that one on the farthest of two lock in places that I could.

I'll look and tamper again, if I can't figure it out I'll get a picture lol.

Ok, so I got it started today, no codes so I think I have everything plugged in.

However, there is a massive vacuum leak somewhere that to me sounds like under/around the TB or passenger front side. Car will start then die unless I rev it up a bit, can hear it pretty loud.

I need to go to class so I won't have time to take it back apart until late tonight, but what do you guys think I might have forgotten or isn't getting a good seal?

EDIT: Yes, I finally got the grommet in, I don't think thats it.
