Did you tilt the motor more to clear the plenum, or is it just an optical illusion? I wouldn't trust myself to work on something that shiny.

 

optical illusion... built the plenum with a humpback design to slow incoming air...
manifold started as a Edelbrock proflow...

using 3/8 aluminum spacer on the k member (for when it had a 2.9 whipple... but happy how it can put... 6" manifold runner with great distribution for each runner and a properly sized plenum volume...
