I am pretty sure I will end up with a 2 bolt main. At what rough HP number or RPM would you not pass. I was think 500rwhp and/or 6800rpms.

Reason why I ask is I am trying to make sure I can use the shortblock I am building right now for the topend I currently have and a AI/LE max port on the stock castings, and a mid 230/240stick (winter 2011 plan)

If I build the 357 with speedpro slugs, scat 6inch i beams and hit a 100shot I would be around 500-530rwhp and similar TQ. Do you think I am throwing more at it than it will take. sory for the random thoughts

Well after talking to a few people heres the plan:

Stock crank, re conditioned
5.7 Scat I beams forged
40 over Speedpro forged slugs
gap rings for 175 n2o (not too lose tho)
stud mains

I will be running a imp headgasket .028 and need to know how much I should mill my heads to get to 11.6/7.1 compression??

Was thinking .025/.030?
