Default Cooling ?

So I have just finished my latest mods. I refiiled the cooling system and bled it to factory specs. The heater blows hot and the car idles around 185 cooling temps.

The radiator is new and there is no obstructions in front of it and no ac condenser.

What I am having problems with is when the car is driving it runs well over 220. Even at highway speeds. Pull to a stop let it idle and it goes back down to 185 degree.

Is there still air in it. Could the thermostat be bad. Do I need a larger radiator. Just looking for some advise before I start throwing money at it.

Thanks

That front ground effects you have is probably blocking most of the air dam. I have the rk sport one for when I road race and its a good 1.5-2" lower than the stock one.

Rebleeded the system and got some more air out with a vacuum pump. Car is running cooler. Should be good once I get the airdam in from RK Sport.
