Question need opinions on this setup

stock bottom end:

ported stock heads and milled .020" with stock valves (3 angle valve job)
1.6 rockers
CC306 cam
SLP shortie headers
SLP y-pipe
Borla catback
3.73 gears
Underdrive crank pulley (think BBK)
Moroso CAI
BFG drag radials

raceweight ~3300-3350lbs and car is 6spd

What kind of RWHP #'s am I looking at? What about 1/4 times and mph? Around what compression ratio am I at?

i know it will need tuning but i am wondering what it stands at right now. Will get LT4 intake and 58MM TB with tuning in future...what can i expect when this is done?

What kind of power you will make is almost entirely dependent on how well the heads are ported, and how well the car is tuned.
Generally, making 400rwhp with a setup like this is within the realm of acheivment.
Like SuperMario said, if you havent already bought the SLP shorties, go with the loungtubes. If you already have shorties, however, they are not that much of a hinderance at all and you should leave them in place and put the money in the heads instead.
As far as getting an LT4 intake goes, it will not bolt to LT1 heads. The stock untouched LT1 intake actually flows pretty damn well and is not a restriction for a relatively mild setup such as the one you speak of. A 58 mm TB is a good choice, but the LT1 intake will have to be ported out around the throttle body opening in order to take advantage of the larger TB.

Generally, from what I have typically seen, most setups like this with DIY or locally ported heads make between 360 and 380 rwhp with the right tuning.
A set of nice pro ported heads from the likes of Advanced Induction or Lloyd Elliott, and you might make right around 400 with a good tune.

Just remember, as far as heads go, particularly with LT1's, you get EXACTLY what you pay for.
