Default Finely. My new motor is coming together

I'm finely getting my new motor together after blowing it up at the shootout last year..

It's a 410ci with trickflow heads,93 intake, and a 244/252 612/612 112las. I hope to pick up a little over my old set up.

Those look like the twisted wedge heads Trick Flow had out for SBC quite a few years ago. I heard they had issues with excessive guide wear. I believe there are ways to remedy that issue for them...

yes they are twisted wedges and we put new bronze guides in them along with some other things to help guide wear. most the guide problems come from people not putting the wright length push rods in.

yes the block has a half fill. 4inch crank and .040 over makes a 410

Stock block bored and stroke?
where did you get the crank from?
That setup should produce close to 500 to the wheels. Very stout

yes its a stock block just bored and stroked. the crank is a eagel crank.

the old set up made 434rwhp so im hoping for about 460rwhp.the stalled auto and 8.8 doesnt make for good hp numbers but as long as it runs better the a 6.9 ill be happy..

Got the motor in. Waiting on my rockers so I can check pushrod length and order pushrods, then just a few other little things to finish up and i should be able to fire it up next week.

What are the flow numbers on those heads? Who did the work? The intake ports look like they were opened up a bit, especially at the bottom.

The heads were ported and cam speced by Lloyd Elliott. They flow 300@.600 Intake 210@.600 Exhaust.
