question about checking oil psi gauge
question about checking oil psi gauge im still trying to chase down my problem with my low oil psi. its not in the sensor and its not coming from the engine. is there a way i can set the wires in side the car i know which one it is to see if it has the correct resistance?
is there a way i can use a volt meeter to check? also how would i check the gauge its self. we know the problem is somewhere after the sensor. we just dont know where. it appears the gauge started spazing out for a few seconds so im not gona rule out a wiring problem. also when i started it today it went right to 40 psi sat there and never moved started it again and it started reading like it was prior.
