Default wtf i need help

ok i have a 1993 camaro. i have had this car for about 2 years i drive it like a normal human lol. but i just did its 8 tune up since ive had the car { ngk plugs, msd wires, fuel filter, pcv valve, oil amsoil 0-w30, an oil filter}. an its been 2 days an my car is retarded. ill drive it around a it randomly cuts off an then starts back up right after.

like ill be driving at about 45 an the cuts off, then starts back up with out me doing anything. this takes like a matter of 3 seconds

i have no idea what to do. it doesnt have a miss fire. i have a dynaspark with like 750 miles on it. like i said i do plugs a wires on it every 3 munths so. i need some advise. could it be a grounding issue...... help plz

This is usually caused by weak spark or a rich mixture. Check from the plugs (burnt plugs will mean not enough fuel, carbonized plugs will mean weak spark) and move back until you find the problem. If you have a new distributor that is likely not the problem. Check the strength of the coil (this can trick you), if it is okay try the ICM.

Could be anyhting electrical, maybe fuel related. The coil could be acting up like you said. check out shoeboxs website and test it out. MSD sometimes has crap products. Your better off going with a stock 96-97 coil since it was the better one. The icm could be getting hot.

check out this website and start troubleshooting.

plugs and wires every 3 months? isnt that a little excessive?

Check the opti harness for broke or damaged wires.

Check that damn MSD coil first. I had one go bad on me with the same symptoms and it was really hard to tell that it was the problem. The ICM (ignition control module) is that little plastic thing above the coil:

The ICM can heat up and shut down temporarily also. Do the coil first.
