That's fairly typical of what happens to self-aligning rocker arms taken to high rpms. The little tabs can't seem to keep the rockers centered when the R's go up top and is probably why CompCams does not recommend them in performance applications.

If you want to see others, different makes, check of LS1LT1 and CamaroZ28 just to name two.

The braces on the inside of the valvecover. You either need to bend the lip of the brace straight or cut them off:
