P0100 code won't go away and runs like crap??

P0100 code won't go away and runs like crap?? Hello all, I cant seem to get this to go away..I replaced the MAF, all of the coil packs (i have an LTCC setup). The opti is original so maybe that is bad? The dealer told me it might be the pigtail to the harness on the MAF connector but that seemed to be alright. I also have a Skip Shift code as well....? The car runs like complete crap once it warms up and starts to sputter and die if you don't keep giving it gas.
Also i noticed the 02 sensor readings on the scanner seem to be a constant 4.588 something. Does that mean they could be bad? I hope its not running lean
