lso is $1600 a good deal for a complete rebuild? He was Gunna give me what ever cam I want and new pistons and oil pump
If I go with that what cam should I go with I want the lopiest cam I can get will that need computer tuning? He said it would be a custom cam designed to my specs but I don't know anything about them

Sounds like you have alot to learn.
The bottom end has very little to do with how much power the engine puts out. Your power goal, is that at the rear wheels or at the flywheel? Little more than a stock rebuild will get you 350 at the flywheel, 350 at the wheels won't be much more difficult.
$1600 is a good deal for a stock rebuild.
ANY cam other than stock is going to require PCM tuning.
Your best bet is to do some searching on other people's combos and see what's worked. Truthfully your question is asked quite frequently so there is TONS of information available.
