PCMforless always worked fine for me.

Had my truck tuned by them a couple times, and have had nothing but good luck with them.

I've had horrible experiences with PCM4Less, they are never eager to help and will NOT go out of their way if you are in a bind. They'll work when its convenient and do sub par jobs on their customers vehicles. I can't recommend them to anybody.
