95 Corvette, stock LT1 with Votech centri, cam ??? A buddy of mine has a 95 Vette with a vortech blower. The engine is all stock. He wants me to do a cam install but I'm not terrible familiar with the LT1. My LT1 maintenance experience consist of plugs, water pump, and distributor and that was an F-body
I've done all the work on my caddy (see sig below) so I know the LSx series, just wanting to know what cam would work well with the centri but also give it a little bump at idle and a little more power across the board. Nothing crazy, just make it noticeable. It will most likely get springs, pushrods, Ti retainers, and a set of roller rockers as well.
Anybody know of a good write up for a cam swap in an C4 Vette? What kind of time frame are we looking at?
