I have USAA insurance and they said as long as you have receipts to show work and parts that hey would take care of it.... I started keeping receipts after about $2K already spent and swapping insurance companies. Full coverage is the only way to go even after paid off!

In my opinion full coverage insurance is the only guaranty. If the thieve wants the car they will get it one way or another.
DAMN! my mom has satellite tracking on all her company vehicles and I dont think she paid anywhere near that much per vehicle, I'll hafta ask her about it.. fleettracks or somin like that, and its cool it will color code the vehicle's tracks for different speeds. I think I'll just buy a club myself

do you know how easy it is to defeat the club? they have devices that repo men have that will break it off in like 5 seconds and i'm sure the professional theives have it too. also any hacksaw can cut through the steering wheel in like 30 seconds too which makes it really easy to defeat the club.

don't get your hopes up.my ceta was stolen almost 3 years ago and is unrecovered.state farm sucks.you have to go buy everything with your own money before you get anything back and even then it's a depreciated amount and over a 2 year period.receipts don't mean anything. i only got a fraction of what my car was worth. sorry but i'm sure you were watched.

that sucks. that's why i have american collectors on my car. if it was stolen/totalled, i'd actually get enough to replace it.

If you guys come up with any useful information PM the op. If you think the thieves aren't on this website, you're ******* kidding yourselves.

Been through all this crap with my Hondas in Chicago, I just hope they don't start moving onto our cars too.

Well cops believe it was someone who drives by and sees what we have in the garage to take what we have. The only thing is, they dont even know how they got in. But Burbank also has other things going on where people are randomly opening garages with door openers. That they have busted a set of guys going around with garage door openers and they drive around and program them to steal what they want from a garage that has goods. The police think it might be them, but we dont know at all

Ya those vechicles have a GPS tracking technology, I got the Lojack before all that became popular.

I also have a club but i dont put much faith in that lol. Its more to just deter the thieves from attempting and move on to something else.

Ive also heard about shock Alarms and alarms that alert your cell phone when it goes off. I think those could be useful.

Everytime I see an email alert since subscribing....I get hopeful that it will be good news on this. Sure would be great if you get your car back and the jerks who did this get long sentences with brand new boyfriends.

I totally hear ya, today I thought I seen the car over in chicago garage, but when I got there, the paint didnt match. THe hood was off with new wheels, but the paint was not the color..it has a pearlessent to the red. SO its way easier to find the car by color
